Sears Home Services continues to be one of the only profitable business for Sears. As such, they opened an office in Seattle to double down on how people learn about and book their services. We built an entirely new responsive site with new branding, online scheduling and a user-friendly appointment tracking tool. As the lead UX Designer, I was responsible for user flows, wireframing and visual design.
