As UX Lead on this app, I oversaw design from definition to delivery (and later updates). Starting with competitor reviews, user journeys and wireframes, I helped define what the app would do and how it would do it. With visual design, development and user testing, I ensured it looked and worked to the best of its ability. As the main point of contact with executive management, I was responsible for presenting to, and getting buy-in from, the company’s C-level team.
